Robert Hannant - Lending Manager, Commercial & Residential
Robert joined the Money Advisers Team in 2005 after a successful career with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he specialised in commercial lending to the corporate and medium - large business sectors. Robert has worked in both SA and the NT and commutes between Adelaide and Darwin on a monthly basis.
During Robert’s time with the CBA he was also seconded to the now defunct Commonwealth Development Bank as an Investigating Accountant. Craig Mitchell - Lending Manager, Commercial & Residential
Craig's working career has been spent within the finance and banking industry with a major trading bank for 17 years where he gained considerable knowledge on all facets of general banking products and services. In 1995, he was a Manager's Legal Assistant before moving to the Northern Territory to take up a variety of roles in the Commercial Finance Unit. In late 2000, Craig returned to Adelaide to take up a Senior Credit Analyst role for two years. Grant Winchester - Lending Manager, Commercial & Residential
Grant joined Money Advisers as a Commercial & Residential Lending Specialist in January 2008 and brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and experience from the banking sector.
After completing an Economics degree, Grant was recruited by one of the ‘big four’ banks to join their commercial lending graduate program. Over the next seven years he received specialist training in the structuring of commercial and business finance and was ultimately responsible for approving transactions up to the value of $1,000,000. However with increased competition in the industry Grant could see the limitations of representing only one lender when trying to assist his clients, therefore he decided to leave the bank to start working as a Finance Broker.
Grant is also an experienced property investor having purchased his first investment property at the ripe old age of 20. Leveraging off of his banking industry experience and property investment knowledge, Grant can ensure clients get the ultimate solution for all their financial needs.
